I created this Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page and wrote, edited, and posted all of the articles for the page using HelpScout software. As a content writer for Navigo International, I was recruited to help answer Dr. David Sinclair’s (the author of Lifespan) emails, DMs, and create a knowledge base to help answer FAQs. I analyzed the emails we received -- sometimes over 200 in a day --  and made a comprehensive list based on the questions asked, then researched several credible sources and utilized Dr. Sinclair’s knowledge to create accessible and accurate articles to answer those questions. COVID-19 broke out while I was working for Dr. Sinclair, so I was researching new information and had to determine what sources were credible or not in a large sea of conflicting information within a short time period.
